Over the last two years we have been connecting with children & families in Wetherby as part of Wetherby Arts Festivals Leeds Inspired Grant part of Leeds City Council with sponsorship from Wetherby Lions and Renton & Parr.
Plans were adapted due to the pandemic although it allowed us to connect via: activity books, zoom workshops, outdoor pop up workshop/performances in parks and have 3 days of indoor rehearsals with a small group of children prior to a outdoor performance sharing at Wetherby Arts Outdoor Festivals at the beginning of September. Elly Welford (Photographer & Film Maker) captured these final rehearsals & performance and it has really captured the magic.
